Hosting & server logs

When you access this website, technically necessary access data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, referrer, user agent) is processed to ensure delivery and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are stored briefly and then deleted.

Contact / initial consultation

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Any further use for advertising purposes only takes place with separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 7 UWG); you may withdraw consent at any time.

Reach measurement (Matomo)

We use Matomo (self-hosted on analytics.blackfort-tec.de) for reach measurement. It is data-minimising, without cookies and without cross-device recognition, with an anonymised IP address and without access to end-device information within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Despite this data minimisation, Matomo remains a residual risk of processing personal data; you can object to tracking via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

Google Tag Manager & Google Ads

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as a technical framework through which Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing) is loaded. These services are activated exclusively with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, no marketing or analytics tags are executed; we use Google Consent Mode v2, which blocks consent-requiring storage access by default and only releases it after your consent. When active, data may be transferred to Google, including to the USA (standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Withdrawal possible at any time with effect for the future.

Meta Pixel

For measuring and optimising advertising campaigns on Meta services (Facebook, Instagram), the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) is intended. Where active, it is loaded via Google Tag Manager and exclusively after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). When active, data is transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework); there is a risk of access by US authorities. Withdrawal at any time.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

For campaign measurement and audience building, the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Dublin 2, Ireland) is intended. Where active, it is loaded exclusively after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to LinkedIn Corporation (USA) (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Withdrawal at any time.

Consent management

On your first visit we ask for your consent to consent-requiring services (statistics, marketing) via a consent banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage entry "bf-consent"); no personal cookie is set. Without marketing consent, no marketing JavaScript is loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
